If you just want someone to make sure that the creativity and visual details are perfect, our team works with our couples to pull together the vendors and creative elements to bring the vision to life on the day. We will be on site for setup of all visual from the ceremony through the start of the reception so that the day looks as beautiful as you do!

*Travel fee applies to events held over 80 miles.

on the DAY (ONLY)

• Meet with client 2 weeks prior to determine details and timeline

• Preview the wedding and reception site upon arrival

• Assist with styling tablescapes, florals, other decor elements

• Help organize and space the processional line-up for ceremony

• Gathering up and distributing the ceremony items and important details at the ceremony and reception sites

• Make sure set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested

• Direct, style and confirm set up of the favors, place cards, guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals

• Keep track of timeline and moments throughout the day and evening

• Assist with bride, groom, bridal party and guest management

• Coordinating with trusted member of bridal party about getting gifts from reception to final destination.

• Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes

• Distribute Final Payments & Gratuities to Vendors-at the couple’s discretion, day-of payments and tips for vendors can be placed in individually sealed and labeled envelopes for the coordinator to disperse to vendors.

• Be on site through clean up and exit of all vendors

• And be ready for anything!
