Prior to the event

  • Wedding rehearsal prior to the event day.

  • Introduce you to preferred wedding vendors and venues

  • Review contracts and help with vendor negotiation

  • Facilitate all final meetings and walkthroughs

  • Preview the wedding and reception site

  • Create floor layout and detailed timeline of the day

  • Serve as the point person for every vendor (so couple doesn’t have to) beginning three months out

On the day

  • Be on site and provide directions for all vendors

  • Assist with styling tablescapes, florals, other decor elements

  • Help organize and space the processional line-up

  • Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat

  • Keep track of the marriage license, ritual items, and rings

  • Gathering up and distributing the ceremony items and important details at the ceremony and reception sites

  • Make sure set-up and dΓ©cor for ceremony and reception is as requested

  • Direct, style and confirm set up of the favors, place cards, guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals

  • Keep track of timeline and moments throughout the day and evening

  • Assist with bride, groom, bridal party and guest management

  • Coordinating with trusted member of bridal party about getting gifts from reception to final destination

  • Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes

  • Be on site through clean up and exit of all vendors

  • And be ready for anything!
